On 21 March 2023, IRD announced that the Revenue (Reduction of Business Registration Fees and Branch Registration Fees) Order 2022 will expire on 1 April 2023. For business or branch registration certificates which commence on or after 1 April 2023, the prescribed business registration fee or the prescribed branch registration fee, as the case may be, will be payable together with the levy.
