On 24 October 2022, Phase 2 of the New Inspection Regime of the Companies Register has commenced.
Sensitive personal information (including usual residential addresses and full identification numbers (“IDNs”)) are replaced with correspondence addresses and partial IDNs for public inspection. 26 specified forms pertaining to the reporting of Protected Information have been revised for usage. A new administrative form, Form AD, shall be used for making application to rectify a typographical or clerical error contained in a document already registered with the CR.
