On 30 September 2022, the Inland Revenue (Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) Order was published in the Gazette. The order will enable Hong Kong to implement the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting package promulgated by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
