The 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) will be held in Cape Town, South Africa on Tuesday, 4 October 2022 at 5:30pm (local time) (11.30pm Hong Kong time).
The AGM will be held as a hybrid meeting with live streaming as well as pre-meeting and online voting and participation on the day to be provided by Lumi. Please refer to the attached Notice of Advice from the Institute Secretary of CGI for further details.
Members can visit the CGI’s website at https://www.cgiglobal.org/agm2022 for accessing the AGM Notice and related documents.
If you choose to appoint a proxy, please complete and return the Form of Proxy as per the instructions given in the form. To be valid, all completed paper Forms of Proxy must be received by the Secretariat of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) by post or by email to ask@hkcgi.org.hk no later than 6.00pm on Thursday, 29 September 2022 (Hong Kong time). Alternatively, the electronic Form of Proxy could be lodged via the Lumi platform.
Members are encouraged to participate online during the meeting, or to vote online or lodge a proxy by completing registration via the Lumi platform. Further information on live streaming can be found at AGM Guide & joining instructions.
