On 19 August 2022, CR issued External Circular No. 3/2022 for the implementation of Phase 2 of the New Inspection Regime on 24 October 2022. Sensitive personal information will be protected while 26 revised forms will be used. Two other External Circulars on “Major Changes in Public Search Service” and “Major Changes in Filing Requirements” were also issued.
