On 7 July 2022, CR announced that the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (Amendment) Bill 2022 was published in the Gazette on 24 June 2022 seeking to introduce a licensing regime for virtual asset service providers and a registration regime for dealers in precious metals and stones.
