Surrounded by the beauty of Hong Kong’s sandy shores, this activity helps you release stress, strengthen your body, and discover inner peace.
On the shifting surface of the beach, you will learn to find balance and flow, feeling the connection between your body and the natural environment. Through movement and stillness, you will uncover harmony within and enjoy a rare moment of tranquility away from the busy pace of city life.

Instructor’s biography
Ms Lily Lam is a certified yoga instructor and fitness trainer, with a background in Ecology and Biodiversity from The University of Hong Kong. With experience in environmental education and a certificate in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, she understands the profound benefits of mindfulness, nature and yoga to our body and mind. Lily now dedicates herself to promoting outdoor fitness and wellness in diverse communities. Through her teachings, she aims to foster a deep connection between individuals, themselves, and the natural world.

1. Please ensure you arrive on time. The group will depart promptly after the assemble time, and late arrivals will need to make their own way, where we will meet at the Chung Hom Kok Beach Children's Playground. 2. Please wear suitable attire such as sportswear and a hat. You are recommended to bring personal items changing clothes, sunscreen protection and mosquito repellent. |

1. All participants must be aged 14 or above. Enrolment will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-members can only enrol on this event together with an HKCGI member/graduate/student. 2. All fees paid are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by HKCGI. 3. Photos will be taken during the event. The Institute reserves the right to publish the photos at the Institute's channels, including the website, monthly journal (CGj), and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. 4.
