Summer has arrived, and it's time to get moving for a healthier and stronger!

CrossFit training is a functional strength training program that focuses on building strength, conditioning, and versatility. Through high-intensity interval training, CrossFit incorporates everyday movements like squatting, pulling, and pushing, helping you improve stamina, speed, and overall fitness in a dynamic way.

This workshop is designed for all fitness levels, offers you the chance to experience the incredible benefits of CrossFit. With guidance from experienced coaches, you'll be empowered to get fit anywhere, anytime, with techniques that are adaptable to any space or schedule.

Introduction of Oxyone Sports Team:
Oxyone is a sports organisation based in Hong Kong that promotes fitness and an active lifestyle for everyone. The organisation encourages regular exercise to improve fitness, build strength, and develop healthy habits. Their mission is to make fitness a daily routine, helping people achieve health, growth, and confidence. They offer training programs in running, cross-training, and outdoor activities, designed for beginners and experienced athletes alike. Using sports science, Oxyone helps improve focus and make training more effective.

Maximum capacity:

30 persons

Materials needed:

1. Small towel (face towel size)
2. Water and snacks
3. Mosquito repellent
4. Clean clothes for change (if applicable)

Important notes:

1. Please note that this event involves movements and exercises. It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure their physical condition is suitable for this event. HKCGI is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event due to personal reasons.

2. Participants are required to adhere the rules and regulations of the venue and follow the instructions of the coach/trainer. If participants experience any discomfort during the event, please notify the coach/trainer or our staff immediately.

3. It is highly recommended to drink an adequate amount of water before class and some light meals about 2 hours in advance.

4. Please wear appropriate clothing on the day of the event.

Remarks:

1. Enrolment will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-members can only enrol on this event together with an HKCGI member/graduate/student.

2. All fees paid are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by HKCGI.

3. To safeguard the health of all participants, participants with any of the following circumstances are not encouraged to join: 

-        Fever;
-        Presence of symptoms of novel infectious disease.

4. Photos will be taken during the event. The Institute reserves the right to publish the photos at the Institute's channels, including the website, monthly journal (CGj), and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
