  • Cantonese

  • Veavea Studios (Tsim Sha Tsui)

  • HKCGI Member, Graduate, Student & Non-Member

Description

Many office workers spend long hours sitting at their desks with minimal movement. Poor sitting posture, unhealthy habits and lack of exercise may lead to various levels of physical discomfort, including headaches, joint pain and muscle fatigue.

Back care yoga offers a gentle yet effective way to release tension in tight muscles while building strength to support better posture and spinal health.

In this workshop, the instructor will guide you through a series of yoga movements designed to protect the back and strengthen core muscles. With regular practice, yoga improves joint flexibility, enhances muscle strength, and helps relieve stress, promoting overall well-being.

Beginners and those experiencing back muscle tension are especially welcome to join!
