Description

If you are new to yoga, Hatha would be a great choice for you to get started.

The word “ha” means sun, “tha” means moon —together, “Hatha” represents the balance between these two energies within you. This a gentle yoga that focuses on posture and breathing techniques, offering a mindful and grounding practice. However, it can still present physical and mental challenges that encourage growth and self-awareness.

In this workshop, instructor will guide you through a series of yoga movements designed to connect the body and mind, enhancing stability and awareness. With consistent practice, yoga improves joint flexibility, builds muscle strength, and helps release stress, fostering overall well-being.

Hatha yoga is suitable for everyone, and beginners are especially welcome!
