Description
The DISC behavioral model is a framework for understanding human behavior and personality traits. It categorizes individuals into four main profiles: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S) and Conscientiousness (C). In this workshop you will be able to:
- Understand the DISC model – better understanding of the four DISC styles and their implications for communication and behaviour
- Enhance the self-awareness – able to identify your own DISC style and recognize its strengths and challenges
- Adaptability with Emotional Intelligence – increase your awareness of yourself and to others, so that you can choose the DISC styles to improve influence and collaboration
- Empowerment – equip yourself with tools to enhance the influence and effectiveness in the roles
- Practical application – using DISC with fun activity for actionable strategies
Speaker’s biography
Leona Wan is a leadership learning facilitator and executive coach with a mission to promote and sustain her clients’ successes. She specializes in inspiring her clients to be their personal best with a warm and open style. Her expertise and key interests focus on adaptive leadership, personal and team transformation, emotional intelligence, resilience and sustainability.
