Have you always wanted to knit but do not know where to start? Say goodbye to those intimidating knitting needles and say hello to our delightfully big yarn!

In this workshop, you can choose one design and follow the instructions to create your own piece. Participants will not only create a beautiful piece but also enjoy the therapeutic and rewarding experience of hand-knitting. Whether you are a beginner or with some experience, this workshop will provide a welcoming environment where you can unleash your creativity and create wonderful memories.

Speaker’s biography
Happy Yarn is a Hong Kong-based hand-knitting brand dedicated to spreading joy through knitting, founded in 2023 by Kimbee. Happy Yarn offers a one-stop shop for all knitting needs, from yarn and tools to instructor-led workshops. Kimbee shares her personal touch and passion for knitting. The brand aims to provide a happy and therapeutic knitting experience for customers, encouraging them to continue knitting and sharing their creations, spreading happiness far and wide.

Remarks:

1. Enrolment will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-member can only enrol this event together with an HKCGI member/graduate/student.

2. All fees paid are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by HKCGI.

3. Upon successful enrolment, participant must indicate their choice of design via the link attached in the confirmation email. If you do not indicate your preference, the style of design will be randomly assigned to you.

4. To safeguard the health of all participants, participants with any of the following circumstances are not encouraged to join:
-        Fever;
-        Presence of symptoms of novel infectious disease.

5. Photos will be taken during the event. They might be published at the Institute’s platforms including website, monthly journal (CGj), as well as the Institute’s media channels such as Facebook.
