Description

We are excited to invite you to our film photography workshop, where you can master the art of capturing personal style photographs through travel and outdoor photography. This workshop will guide you in understanding lighting, composition, and photography techniques. Our instructor will deliver practical demonstrations to complement the theoretical knowledge, allowing participants to practice immediately.

Each participant will receive a reusable Kodak M35 Film Camera to use during the experience session and take home afterward. The workshop also includes a roll of 36-exposure Colorplus200 film and film processing services. Once your photos are developed, you will be notified to collect your cherished memories.

Speaker’s biography
Leon Cheung, the founder of Idiot Camera, will share invaluable insights on using your film camera to highlight your unique style and bring your imagined images to life. This workshop will enable you to share beautiful photographs with your family and friends, creating lasting memories together. Join us to explore fascinating photography techniques and unleash your creativity!

Remarks:

1. Enrolment will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-members can only enrol on this event together with an HKCGI member/graduate/student.

2. All fees paid are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by HKCGI.

3. To safeguard the health of all participants, participants with any of the following circumstances are not encouraged to join: 
-        Fever;
-        Presence of symptoms of novel infectious disease.

4. Photos will be taken during the event. They might be published at the Institute’s platforms including website, monthly journal (CGj), as well as the Institute’s media channels such as Facebook.
