This interactive seminar seeks to provide a ‘guideline’ on understanding different components of financial statements and interpreting accounting information through review of past exam papers. It is targeted at those who are sitting for the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP) Interpreting Financial and Accounting Information (IFAI) examination.
To attain maximum benefit, attendees are required to have tried to answer recent diets of past exam papers as if they were sitting for the actual exam, as the role of the speaker is principally that of a facilitator to encourage more active and vibrant discussions with an aim on understanding how to tackle exam questions.

About the speaker:
Patrick Sung FCG HKFCG, is presently the Qualifications and Audit Committee member, and Chairman of Academic Review Panel of the Institute.
Patrick had over 22 years of experience in audit, accounting and finance, corporate restructuring and management in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland. He held senior roles in various group companies listed in Hong Kong.
Patrick is a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) and The Chartered Governance Institute. Besides, he is a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
