Recent non-governmental organisation (NGO) scandals have drawn attention to the importance of strong governance structure for NGO in Hong Kong. This seminar has invited leaders of NGO to share their experience and the governance difficulties, to put forward some suggestions to improve its regulatory framework for NGO and increase the awareness of the need for good governance in this sector. How governance professional could help for effective governance and the career pathway of a governance professional will be introduced.
