Description

Hand-drip coffee (or pour over coffee) is the most popular brewing method which seems easy and involves different techniques. From water temperature to the grinding degree, these minor factors will affect the flavour of coffee. Making hand-drip coffees requires a lot of attention to skills and experience.

In this workshop, the instructor will introduce basic coffee knowledge and hand-drip coffee brewing skills. Participants will also understand different coffee origins, varieties, flavours and basic coffee-tasting methods. The instructor will also guide you to practise different manual brewing techniques, such as pour-over and immersion.

This workshop is perfect for anyone, no matter he/she is a coffee enthusiast or a beginner. Don’t miss this great opportunity to meet other members, graduates and students on a fun-filled Saturday morning!
