‘Emotional fitness’ is about our ability to psychologically recover from hardship and overcome challenges. Sometimes, people are unable to find a way to deal with their emotions. Through this two-hour workshop, you will:
- learn the impact and importance of emotional fitness
- understand the concept of emotional intelligence and your own strengths and development areas
- build your own awareness of emotions – both your own and how to observe others by listening actively
- practice positive communication and maintain a healthy emotional current account with others
Speaker’s biography
Ms Leona Wan is a leadership learning facilitator and executive coach with a mission to promote and sustain her clients’ successes. She specializes in inspiring her clients to be their personal best with a warm and open style. Her expertise and key interests focus on adaptive leadership, personal and team transformation, emotional intelligence, resilience and sustainability.
