Description
Professional ethics is always the key leading to good corporate governance. Members of the Institute are governance professionals who contribute to upholding ethical governance.
The Institute is very pleased to collaborate with the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) to arrange a visit to its office with the following purposes:
- To reinforce the understanding of the guardian role of governance professionals in upholding ethical governance;
- To raise the awareness of the common corruption risks in business organisations; and
- To enhance the understanding of the anti-corruption and ESG governance regime in Hong Kong and to enlist their support to ICAC’s anti-corruption work
This visit consists of sharing by representatives from ICAC and a guided tour of the facilities at its office. All members, graduates and students are welcome to join.
Let’s join and be a guardian of ethical governance!
