  • HKCGI Member, Graduate, Student & Non-Member

Description

Office workers always sit at their workstations during office hours with limited movements. Poor sitting posture, unhealthy habits and lack of exercise may lead to different levels of physical tension, including headaches, joint pain and muscle fatigue.

Back care yoga is a way to release tension accumulated in tight muscles and to build strength for supporting postural health.

In this workshop, the instructor will explain and demonstrate how we can protect our back and strengthen core muscles through a series of yoga movements. Constant practice of yoga enhances the flexibility of joints, builds muscle strength and releases stress.

Beginners and individuals with back muscle tension are welcome to join.
