Description

If you are new to yoga, Hatha would be a great choice for you to get started.

The word “ha” means sun, “tha” means moon. “Hatha” means the yoga to bring balance between the sun and the moon in you. Hatha is a gentle yoga that focuses on posture and breathing techniques. Nevertheless, it can still be physically and mentally challenging.

In this Hatha yoga workshop, instructor will explain and demonstrate a series of yoga moves to connect the body and mind with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability. Constant practice of yoga enhances flexibility of joints, building muscle strength and release of stress.

It is an exercise for anyone and beginners are mostly welcome.
