Corporate governance is a crucial aspect of modern business, and it is a global trend and statutory requirement for listed companies. In this seminar, we will explore the importance of properly implementing corporate governance and the problems that organisations can face when it is not done correctly. We will also discuss the challenges that organisations must face in the process of implementing corporate governance, particularly in the context of family-owned businesses in Hong Kong.

The seminar will feature seasoned speakers with global experience who will share their insights and best practices for implementing corporate governance. Additionally, they will discuss how technology can be used to facilitate or enhance corporate governance.
