- 10 to 15 rounds playing in different battle zones
- 5 to 8 minutes per round
- 15 people a group to battle

Important notes:

1. Participants are required to sign a consent letter issued by the service provider, WZ Studios Limited, before the start of the game on the event day.

2. Participants must wear safety equipment when they are inside any battle zone and comply with the venue safety guidelines.

3. Participants should wear trousers and cannot wear slippers or sandals during the war game session; the service provider further suggests participants to bring their own coats and towels.

4. Participants should notify venue staff immediately if anyone is injured or find any damage to the facilities. 

Remarks:

1. This event is set out for HKCGI members, graduates and students only. Enrolment is on a first-come, first-served basis.

2 All fees paid are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by HKCGI.

3. All fees paid including the insurance, a Gel blaster with jelly bullet, Goggles, Vest, Gloves.

4. To safeguard the health of all participants, participants with any of the following circumstances are not encouraged to join:
-        Fever;
-        Presence of symptoms of novel infectious disease.
