What is Resilience? Resilience sharpens and focuses our ability to bounce back, steer through adversity, and exercise our talents and motivation in a meaningful way. We may say we are resilient, but few have a thorough understanding of it.

With better awareness, you can focus with much clarity on developing this innate capability that we all have. Are you resilient to handle the challenges of the future world? How would you rate your capacity to thrive in a challenge like the pandemic or the rise of AI? What gets measured, gets changed. Come and find out what you can do to keep a tab on your resilience and use it as a powerful tool for yourself and a framework to support other’s growth and performance.

In this two-hour workshop, you will:

  • understand the uncertainty and constant changes which causes pressure, and many professionals struggle to cope with;
