As challenges arise, we need to increase our capacity to deal with the challenges which some of you may have heard that we need ‘Resilience’.

What is Resilience? Resilience sharpens and focuses our ability to bounce back, steer through adversity, and exercise our talents and motivation in a meaningful way. We may say we are resilient, but few have a thorough understanding of it.

With better awareness, you can focus with much clarity on developing this innate capability that we all have. Are you resilient to handle the challenges of the future world? How would you rate your capacity to thrive in a challenge like the pandemic or the rise of AI? What gets measured, gets changed. Come and find out what you can do to keep a tab on your resilience and use it as a powerful tool for yourself and a framework to support other’s growth and performance.

In this two-hour workshop, you will:

  • understand the uncertainty and constant changes which causes pressure, and many professionals struggle to cope with;
  • identify how to stay calm, keep the energy and momentum during challenging times;
  • learn to think clearly and develop connections can deplete rapidly which are key components for high performance in high-stress environment.


Speaker’s biography
Ms Leona Wan is a passionate learning facilitator and coach with a mission to promote and sustain her clients’ successes. She specializes in inspiring her clients to transform with a warm and open style. Her expertise and key interests focus on coach approach, facilitative leadership, transformation, emotional intelligence and resilience.

Remarks:

1. This training is set out for mentors and mentees of 2023 Mentorship Programme.

2. Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis. Seat would not be reserved if we do not receive any response.

3. HKCGI members and graduates are required to fulfil 15 CPD hours, including 4.5 ECPD hours from the Institute’s ECPD courses in the year 2023/2024. Please note that the 2 CPD hours to be awarded from this training will NOT be counted for the fulfillment of the 4.5-ECPD requirement.

Precautionary measures:

To safeguard the health of participants, participants with any of the following circumstances are NOT encourage to join:
- Fever;
- Presence of symptoms of novel infectious disease.
