In this webinar for HKCGI join Regional Director Benjamin Elms from global recruitment firm Randstad, and Felda Yeung, Partner at dispute resolution law firm Gall, as they explore challenges for employers, job seekers and employees.

Speakers’ biography:
Benjamin Elms, Regional Director of Randstad Hong Kong

Mr Elms leads and oversees recruitment and operations in Randstad Hong Kong. He has built a wide-ranging network consisting of digitally-adept experts who are at the top of their game to spearhead bold and innovative strategies for their organisations. A highly-motivated leader, Mr Elms takes on the role of a mentor to his colleagues at Randstad Hong Kong and is often seen guiding them toward professional growth independently.

Felda Yeung, Partner of Gall

Ms Yeung joined the firm as a trainee solicitor and was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2013. She was promoted to Of Counsel in June 2021 and promoted to Partner in August 2022. Ms Yeung has experience in commercial and civil litigation, with a focus on arbitration, contractual disputes and fraud investigations. Ms Yeung also co-leads the employment practice of Gall where she acts for both employers and employees on contentious employment law matters.
