Description
A topic of significant concern to the governance professionals is the exercise and enforcement of disciplinary powers by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) on Hong Kong listed companies. This second annual seminar by Edith Shih FCG(CS, CGP) HKFCG(CS, CGP)(PE) and her team will discuss the overall enforcement powers and approach of the HKEX, including disciplinary powers of the HKEX, parties subject to sanction and types of sanction, supplemented with enforcement case studies showcasing the usual breaches and the lessons learned, with the hope of reducing risk exposure to HKEX enforcement actions, whether against listed companies, directors or others in senior management positions, including governance professionals themselves.
