Description

In Hong Kong, there is an increasing trend of crimes committed through electronic means to deceive the victims into transferring money to unauthorized accounts or providing personal information to the fraudsters.  It is important to know what you should do when you are a victim of the cyber fraud, and how to defend against victim’s claims if you are an innocent recipient of the stolen funds.

In this webinar, the speaker will introduce the types of cyber fraud and discuss two topics as follows:
1. If you are a victim: how to recover stolen funds?
2. If you are an innocent recipient of stolen funds: how to defend against victim’s claims?
