Description
Reference photo:Gong Bath is traditional healing practice originated from South East Asia. The vibrations of sound and frequency emitted from a gong(銅鑼) helps participants to alleviate stress, relax muscles, and rejuvenate energy. High quality gongs are hand forged using traditional methods and tuned to achieve a state of sustained resonance.
Participants will sit on the ground in a comfortable position. Instructor will provide guidance on simple breathing exercises and lead a short meditation to relax the body and calm the mind. Participants will then lie on the ground slowly, close their eyes and enjoy deep relaxation through the sound of gong.
