Description

During the pandemic period, people intend to cook more at home instead of dining out. They also show more interest in healthy diet for improving immune system and prevention of sickness.

In view of the daily busy schedule, it is always difficult to schedule some time to prepare quick and healthy meals of oneself and the family. In this webinar, an Accredited Practicing Dietitian will share practical cooking tips with a limited budget and how to prepare a nutritious and balanced meal with economical ingredients in a quick and easy way. With the healthy recipe recommendations, you will be able to enjoy home cooking as part of a better lifestyle.
