Description

It has been a challenging time for everyone in the past two years. We may worry, become stressed and anxious when facing uncertainties or difficulties in our daily life.

When stress persists, it can take a toll on our health and well-being. Hence, it is important to keep ourselves alert to the signals shown from our body and mind. The sooner we take care of our mental health, the better life we are able to enjoy.

This webinar will discuss challenges and stressors during the pandemic and the ways of coping with work stress and anxiety in daily life.
