During the pandemic time, most people spend most of their time at home. Muscle tension and back pain may occur if we do not exercise enough.

Yoga is one of the most popular exercises which help people to concentrate on breath and maintaining posture, leading to mind and body relaxation.

In this back care yoga workshop, instructor will explain and demonstrate how we can protect our back and strengthen core muscles through a series of yoga movements. Constant practice of yoga enhances flexibility of joints, building muscle strength and release of stress.

We welcome beginners and individuals with back muscle tension to join.

Instructor’s biography
Miss Eunice Tsoi has around 8 years of yoga teaching experience. She is an RYT500 Registered Yoga Teacher, Registered Aerial Yoga Teacher and Registered Yoga Wheel Teacher with USA International Yoga Alliance. She also is a founder of a registered yoga school in Hong Kong.
