The Institute is organising this virtual seminar to help our students better understand and transit their knowledge in applying the relevant legal provisions of the Companies Ordinance (Cap 622) in tackling practical corporate secretarial and compliance issues with reference to the syllabus and provisions of the examination questions of the Corporate Secretaryship and Compliance module.
The speaker will walk through the basic provisions of the relevant law and regulations and guide students to tackle the issues in the form of case study questions. The seminar will be divided into two parts:- In Part 2, speaker will address the issues on capital restructuring including transfer of shares, stamp duty relief, amalgamation, liquidation and de-registration.
