The Stock Exchange is using artificial intelligence (AI) to review annual reports of listed issuers to identify compliance issues. This is only one use, and shows that AI is of practical application. Accordingly, the governance professionals should be aware of, and to keep abreast of AI related developments. The Institute is delighted to have speakers from Clifford Chance, a leading law firm in this area to take the governance professional through key concepts relating to AI, practical applications and applicable guidance/regulations. They are joined by a speaker from Blu Artificial Intelligence, a consulting firm that specialises in AI. The aim is to provide an effective understanding to the governance professionals on the topic which will be of increasing relevance from the governance perspective.
