Job Description

We require project management assistance for delivering training on sports governance and other ad hoc support. The initial contract is for six months, with a high probability of multiple renewals for at least three years, contingent upon the selection of the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:
• Plan and collaborate effectively to drive impactful campaigns and activations for the project
• Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for the execution of the project within budget, project time frame and meet quality requirements
• Responsible for the planning and coordination of all event logistics, including event timelines, registrations, accreditation, and certification logistics
• Handle all project-related registrations and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally
• Regular reporting of the project progress to the senior management
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by the senior management

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years+ in project management with a proven track record in the corporate sector.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with external vendors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
