Job Description

• Work with senior management and the project team to plan and manage timelines and milestones.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. web developers, IT consultants, production houses, speakers).
• Prepare and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for IT and website development work.
• Monitor progress, flag risks early, and report regularly to management.
• Help ensure a smooth handover to daily operations after launch.
• Support ongoing IT maintenance and vendor coordination.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of IT-related support experience.
• Experience with RFPs and working with external vendors.
• Understanding of website development, IT systems, and cybersecurity.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Project management certifications (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
