Job Description

- Support marketing activities and event promotions to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage corporate social media platforms, digital channels and publications.
- Provide editorial and logistical support for all marketing and communications assets, including but not limited to press releases, corporate website updates, social media posts, annual reports, etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including printing vendors, production houses, agencies and supporting organisations, to ensure project deadlines are met and aligned with marketing and communication objectives.
- Assist in the preparation and production of corporate events, videos, corporate gifts and website updates.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required and ensure all tasks are delivered in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism/ Marketing/ Public Relations/ Communications/ English Language or equivalent is preferred. Translation skills with a proven track record are an advantage.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in corporate communications, event management, marketing or journalism; experience at a marketing agency is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of multimedia content creation, including images, videos and audio for social media.
- Knowledge of layout design and design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
- Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and have flexibility to work outside office hours.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies and effectively managing communication across various channels to enhance the Institute’s brand visibility.
