Job Description

We are a business enabler providing integrated Business Advisory and Corporate Services to clients which consist of local and international companies, private and listed companies. We are currently seeking for high caliber candidates to join our Corporate Services team for the position of Corporate Administrative Assistant.
-Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial matters for a portfolio of companies of private and listed companies
· Liaise and coordinate with clients and external parties including solicitors and regulatory bodies, etc.
· Perform statutory filings, oversee internal and external regulatory compliance requirements
· Support the manager to handle clients’ inquires
· Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma / Degree / Student Member of HKCGI or relevant major
· 1 year of solid company secretarial experience from professional firm or listed company
· Proficient in MS Office (Word ,Excel, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
· Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
· Ability to handle full range of company secretarial works independently
· Flexible and enthusiastic with the ability to manage own workload and priorities to meet deadlines
· Basic knowledge in Companies Ordinance and Hong Kong Listing rules and requirements is an advantage
· Proactive and well organized
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
