Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Manager works closely with the Head of Corporate Communications to lead the development and execution of corporate communications duties for the purpose of enhancing the publicity and brand building for the agency and handling core publications for the organization.



Key Responsibilities:

-Implement effective corporate communications functions strategies including media relations, publications, digital media and branding development.
-Manage and coach subordinates in performing the corporate communication tasks, including budget management, people management, collaboration with external partners, compliances and implementation
-Support the supervisor to build and maintain a cohesive and effective team.
-Establish and maintain effective relationship with external and internal stakeholders, including governance, supporters, vendors, volunteers, media and partners that to gain knowledge, collaboration and support for the tasks, that to achieve the branding building and publicity purposes.
-Identify the partnership opportunities that for the efficiency and effectiveness of the project management.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements:

-University degree holder, preferable in communications, journalism, translation or related disciplines
-Minimum 5 years’ post-graduation relevant work experience, in which at least 3 years at managerial level, experience in working with NGO is preferred
-Excellent knowledge and practical skills on media relations, publications, digital media and branding development, including management of people, finance and resources
-Strong sense of responsibility, mature, detail-oriented with innovative mindsets
-Excellent command of both written and oral English, Chinese/Cantonese/Putonghua
-Familiar with social media operations
