Job Description
The Company Secretarial Department is responsible for advising the Board on the ever-evolving corporate governance practices and overseeing listing and regulatory compliance matters of the Group and its subsidiaries both in Hong Kong and overseas. To serve increasing corporate secretarial needs due to the continued expansion of our global diversified businesses and regulatory challenges, we continue to seek high-caliber professionals to join our Department. Reporting to the Company Secretary and Chief Group General Counsel, the qualified candidate is expected to have:
Minimum Qualifications
• Professional qualification with ICSA/HKICS membership with at least 12 years solid experience in listed companies
• Hands-on experience in corporate compliance matters including Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
