Job Description
• Report directly to the Manager/Supervisor of Corporate Services Department
• Perform full spectrum of company secretarial duties for both Hong Kong and offshore companies and manage a portfolio of clients with minimum supervision
• Solicit resources and information with bankers and related service providers
• Handle applications with banks and Government departments
• Maintain and update statutory records
Minimum Qualifications
• Holder of Diploma/Associate Degree/Degree with formal secretarial training
• Student member of HKCGI
• At least 4 years’ working experience with 2 years’ relevant company secretarial experience, preferably in professional firms
• Knowledge of CSA Expert software
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• With result-oriented mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills
