Job Description
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Group Legal and Company Secretarial Department
- Simple drafting and reviewing the facilities and bank opening documents
- Coordinate compliance training and materials
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree holder, major in corporate administration and/or corporate governance or related discipline
- Associate Member of HKICS/ICSA is preferable
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in company secretarial field, preferably in professional firms
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC operation including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and Power Point.
** Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Company Secretarial Assistant.
