Job Description
• Handle full range of company secretarial matters in relation to the listed company and its subsidiaries in different jurisdictions independently
• Prepare annual and interim reports, announcements and circulars of the listed company
• Ensure proper compliance with regulatory disclosure, reporting and statutory filing requirements
• Update on corporate governance and compliance requirements
• Assist in organizing board / general / committee meetings
• Assist in ad hoc projects
Minimum Qualifications
• Degree holder and Associate Member of HKCGI or CGI
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant company secretarial experience, with a minimum 3 years gained from listed companies
• Familiar with the Listing Rules, the Securities and Futures Ordinance, the Companies Ordinance and other compliance regulations
• Proficiency in PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, and CSA software
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, self-motivated, well-organized, and having a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
• Working Location : Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
