Job Description
• Provide a full spectrum of company secretarial services, including preparation of bank account opening documents and KYC review documents, for our group companies (Hong Kong, BVI and other jurisdictions)
• Organize board meetings and committee meetings, and prepare related documents including agenda, minutes and resolutions
• Prepare statutory returns and update and maintain company secretarial records
• Liaise with different parties including internal departments and external auditors and JV parties
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Translation/ Linguistic or relevant disciplines
• Associate Member of HKICS
• At least 5 years’ company secretarial experience, exposure in listed companies preferred
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, BVI Companies Act and secretarial practice for local and overseas companies, knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules is highly regarded
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• HKCGI Graduates/Associates with less experience will be consider as Secretarial Assistant
