Job Description
What we offer:
• Comprehensive training in the whole spectrum of equity capital market related projects, including IPO sponsorship and fund raising, financial advisory, including transactions relating to the Takeover Code, mergers and acquisitions, as well as private company fund raising, and compliance advisory work
• Hands on experience in due diligence, preparation of offer documents, financial advisory reports, financial analyses and financial modelling
• Participation in marketing, coordinating deal negotiations for clients leading to deal closings for mergers and acquisitions and fund raising related projects
• Participation in strategic consultancy work such as asset/debt recovery, resolving commercial disputes and provision of litigation support

• We encourage and subsidise the completion of HKICPA, CFA and other courses and examinations
Minimum Qualifications
• Individuals who are strongly motivated, driven and confidence with 3 years’ work experience in financial modelling
• Graduates from all academic backgrounds with first-class honours preferred, from top institutions with global awareness and international exposure
• Individuals who are able to combine intellectual rigour with business common sense
• Individuals with exceptional command of verbal and written English and Mandarin (business proficiency preferred)
