Position Summary
Supporting the delivery of corporate governance advisory services and manage client engagements to cope with our growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full suite of corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of clients
• Take responsibility for technical accuracy of our client work, liaising and coordinating with other professional advisors and governmental bodies as required
• Advise and handle requests from clients
• Maintain good relationship with clients and intermediaries
• Be a mentor in developing junior staff in the team
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
• Degree holder or above major in Business Administration and Secretarial studies, Corporate Governance or related discipline
• At least 4 years of company secretarial experience
• Working experience gained with professional firms is an asset but not mandatory
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Motivated by multiple tasks and deadlines, with the ability to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision
