Description

Reference photo:
Gong Bath is traditional healing practice originated from South East Asia. The vibrations of sound and frequency emitted from a gong(銅鑼) helps participants to alleviate stress, relax muscles, and rejuvenate energy. High quality gongs are hand forged using traditional methods and tuned to achieve a state of sustained resonance.

Participants will sit on the ground in a comfortable position. Instructor will provide guidance on simple breathing exercises and lead a short meditation to relax the body and calm the mind. Participants will then lie on the ground slowly, close their eyes and enjoy deep relaxation through the sound of gong.

Instructor’s biography
Ms Dorothy Tong holds various qualifications, including Gong Playing (Level 2), Kundalini Yoga (Level 1), philosophical counselling (certified), and Integral Soundwork. She is actively promoting the introduction of inner peace, balance and health into a person’s life.
