Since the outbreak of COVID-19, our lifestyle has been completely changed. From wearing masks, working from home and restrictions on social gathering, many people may have trouble to sleep to deal with these changes. The recent 5th wave of outbreak brought an even larger impact due to the high infection rate and tightened social distancing requirements. People may feel stressed, worried and eventually led to occurrence of insomnia. Insomnia is also found to be one of the long COVID sequelae that could affect our daily life and work performance in the long run.
In this webinar, a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner will share the tips to deal with insomnia including treatment direction, precaution methods, health recipes and acupressure points for daily practice.
Speaker’s biography
Ms Lo Ka Ying is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner (CMP) with a master’s degree in Chinese Medicine from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is specialised in Gynecology, Dermatology, medicine prescription and acupuncture.
