Description

Managing a team can be a tiring task. Do you want to be more effective when working with your team?  Do you want your team to work independently and deliver the expected result on time?

As a supervisor, you can be a coach for your team members instead of just being a manager. What is the difference between managing and coaching? Coaching helps managers to be more effective with their teams and peers. It helps them develop their confidence and abilities as managers in diverse and dynamic work environments.  Having well-coached managers with better skills helps organizations achieve their goals more quickly.

At this webinar, the speaker will introduce executive coaching and explain the differences among coaching, mentoring and counselling.  She will also explain why coaching is an effective way to inspire and unlock human potential and how can coaching apply to daily life and work.
