Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development, implementation and review of relevant policies and procedures for maintaining quality assurance framework in examination, exemption and registration matters
• Organise learning support and services to students in preparing the examination
• Plan and organise promotional activities to Institute’s stakeholders including members, students, general public and universities
• Provide secretarial services to the Institute’s Committees, panel and working group meetings and activities, such as meeting agenda, paper and minutes
• Prepare reports and statistics for management use including students’ statistics and budget
• Coordinate and liaise internally and externally in maintaining smooth operations of the department
• Handle emails and phone enquiries
• Supervise junior and part-time staff
• Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by the Senior Manager
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in all disciplines
• Five years or above relevant working experience preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua included)
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Experience in tertiary education institutions or professional bodies is an advantage
• Highly motivated, well-organised, attentive to details, able to work independently and handle multi tasks
• A good team player, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, willing to work outside office hours
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is preferred
